Close of Entitlement Offer and Shortfall Notification

Sydney: ComOps Limited (ASX: COM) (Company), the leading workforce management solutions company, is pleased to announce that its 1 for 4 non-renounceable entitlement offer announced on 19 October 2017 at $0.07 cents per share closed on 9 November 2017.

The Company received valid applications to subscribe for 58,220,439 new shares, amounting to $407,543 or 30.4% of the shares on offer, leaving a shortfall of 133,373,164 new shares (Shortfall).

The entitlement offer was fully underwritten by Kestrel Capital Pty Limited (Kestrel Capital). In accordance with the terms of the underwriting agreement a shortfall notice has been issued to Kestrel

Capital in respect of the Shortfall under the entitlement offer.

New holdings statements as a result of the entitlement offer are expected to be dispatched to shareholders on Thursday 16 November 2017, with normal trading of the shares issued under the entitlement offer expected on Friday 17 November 2017.
